Hong Kong Apartments

I was walking around taking pictures at one of the many street markets in Hong Kong. I had just come from the area with all the skyscrapers and beautiful buildings next to the water that Hong Kong is usually known for. There was a huge contrast in what the buildings looked like here, especially the apartments. These buildings were much older and less developed. For the shot, I wanted to capture the apartments' grimy and rugged looks as well as the busy streets. While editing, I wanted to supplement that feeling of a cloudy day like it was when I captured the photo, so I gave the photo less colour.
